The foldable structure allows multiple units to be loaded into standard shipping containers, reducing freight costs and unloading time. Once on site, the units can be unfolded and connected quickly with minimal groundwork, making them suitable for remote locations with limited equipment and workforce.

We support transport layout planning, installation guidance, and camp system integration. Foldable units can be used alone or combined with expandable houses, modular dormitories, kitchens, ablution blocks, and site offices to create a complete temporary camp. Unit dimensions, layouts and finishes can be adapted to your project drawings (OEM/ODM supported), and typical lead time is 10–15 days subject to order quantity and customization level.

The folding container house is our answer to projects that measure time in days, not months. It ships folded at just 400 mm thick — compressed to about one-sixth of its volume — and unfolds on site in about five minutes, in a single step, with no special tools and no welding, because walls and roof arrive factory-pre-assembled. Expanded, each unit delivers 5,900 × 2,500 × 2,470 mm of finished space on a high-strength galvanized steel frame, with colour-steel rock-wool sandwich panels at 50 mm or 75 mm, a cement fibre board floor with PVC finish, and a perimeter drainage system. On container economics: a 40HQ loads 10 folding units with 50 mm walls (8 with 75 mm) — against 14 knock-down flat-pack sets that then need panel-by-panel assembly on site.
